The Elite Speaker Academy is a highly interactive executive communication intensive designed to help leaders, sellers, and changemakers speak with greater clarity, influence, and authority in high-stakes rooms.

This program equips teams with speaking and storytelling tools used by TED Speakers, Fortune 100 Executives, Hollywood Actors, and Broadway Performers to improve communication and delivery.

What your deposit secures:

• Your preferred Workshop Dates (On-site) or Session Windows (Online).
• Automatic generation of your Service Agreement for Digital Signature (issued immediately following your alignment call).
• Priority Onboarding to customize the workshop to your team’s goals and challenges.

This deposit officially starts the engagement process and reserves your place in Tom’s 2026 workshop calendar.

What to Expect:

• An immersive workshop intensive (available as a 1-2 day on-site or 4-session online program) designed for executive communication, strategic storytelling, and dynamic delivery.
• A 30/70 application model: 30% high-impact frameworks, 70% active application through live exercises, message crafting, and real-time coaching.
• Practical tools your team can immediately apply to pitches, presentations, negotiations, panels, and stakeholder conversations.
• A high-energy learning environment built to create behavioral change.

Engagement Journey:

Investment & Logistics:

• Deposit Required to Secure Booking: $12,500
• Per Participant Fee: $1,500
• Minimum Engagement: $25,000 per workshop
• Remaining Balance: Due 14 days prior to the finalized event date, based on final head count.
• Travel & Expenses: Billed separately at cost post-event for on-site engagements.
• On-Camera Skills Add-On: Estimated $5k–$10k depending on needs determined during the alignment call.

Upon successful deposit, you will:

• Receive a confirmation email: This contains your receipt and instructions to access your onboarding step.
• Choose Workshop Format: You will be redirected to select between On-Site or Online delivery.
• Finalize Dates: If On-Site, you will choose from the available workshop windows. If Online, you will submit your preferred month and week within the form for us to review.
• Schedule Alignment Call: Completion of date selection will trigger an automated email to book your Phase 1 Alignment Call.
• Sign Service Agreement: Following your strategic alignment conversation with Tom, your formal digital Service Agreement will be sent to your inbox for signature.
