Time to explore and apply. Practice using the week’s tools and prep for the live session. This is your window to absorb, experiment, and reflect..

Attend a live class (1 pm or 7 pm EST). These sessions are interactive but optional, and all are recorded. You’ll also record and submit your own practice video for feedback.

Our team will review practice videos and return personalized 1:1 feedback to help you refine your technique. This is a cornerstone of the program and accelerates your growth.

Join a short Q&A session at 1 pm EST (optional, recorded). Ask follow-up questions or bring in new ones through our active community platform, where peer and coach support is ongoing..
