How It Works
This is a year built on momentum. You start with quick wins, build a solid foundation, and finish with the confidence to lead your own practice forward.
Phase 1: The Corporate Quick-Win (Weeks 1–2)
Kicking off with a 2-week intensive focused on the tools I developed at TED and Google. We cover Architecture (story structure) and Alchemy (energy and presence) so you can drive immediate revenue—effectively paying for the mentorship as you go.
Phase 2: The Foundation (Onboarding)
You will move through 8 core videos on learning to apply The Twang Farm and our Diagnostic Framework. This system widens your caseload by giving you the tools to coach across many genres with confidence.
Phase 3: The Science (Estill Levels 1 & 2)
You will attend a Level One and Two Estill Voice Training course. This grounds your practice in the underlying anatomy, physiology, and acoustics, ensuring you never have to "guess" again.
Phase 4: The Endless Masterclass (Ongoing)
Once your foundation is set, you enter our ongoing community for live sessions. This is a "rabbit hole" of case studies, personal vocal work, and "Bat Phone" support.

Is this a one-year commitment?
Yes. The mentorship runs twelve months, and that's intentional. Real transformation takes time. You'll move through four distinct phases, each building on the last. This isn't a quick fix. It's a complete rebuild of how you teach and how you think about voice.
Will this work for SLPs?
Absolutely. You already have the science background. This mentorship teaches you how to apply it to singers, actors, and speakers in ways your clinical training didn't cover. Many SLPs find this opens entirely new revenue streams they didn't know existed.
What if I feel isolated in my practice?

How much support do I actually get?

Does this lead to Estill certification?
The mentorship includes Estill Voice Training Levels 1 and 2. If you want to pursue full certification, there's a bonus path built in. But certification isn't required. Many teachers find the levels alone transform how they teach.
What if I'm not ready yet?
That's honest. This mentorship requires an active practice and a willingness to work on your own voice. If you're not there yet, reach out anyway. Tom can point you toward resources that might help you get ready.
